So, I wanted to create a page all about being motivated and staying positive! I know how hard it can be to train your mind to think positive and to stay driven to reach your goals – especially when you don’t have a great support system. Sometimes pushing yourself just doesn’t get the job done. Well here’s a safe page for you to check out whenever life has got you down or when you can’t find that push to keep going.. this is designed with you in mind to ignite that spark in your heart.✨
1. Positive AFFIRMATIONS.
If you’ve read my previous post, you’ve probably heard me mention the powerful effect that positive affirmations can have on one’s life. It’s true because they are absolutely amazing!!! It tends to be a lot easier to talk down or criticize yourself, but imagine the difference in your life when you begin to uplift and believe in yourself. It’s like that inner voice that’s cheering you on from the inside instead of the sideline. Who else will be your biggest fan, but YOU!!!!!!!!

Think about this? How many videos do you watch everyday that include, sexy video vixens, violence, drugs, crime, or other non-sense? How have these videos had a benefit to your mind, body, or soul. (I already know the answer). I want you to consider that number and how if these videos spewed positivity, how would it change your life? 5. Practice Self- love.
I can’t begin to stress how important this factor is. If you do not love yourself, who will? You can’t expect anyone to. Self-love, I feel is one of the most important job we have as people. It’s the most amazing thing, because the confidence that follows is beyond noticeable. It’s not an easy job, but once you get in the habit of putting yourself first, you’re no longer blocking your blessings.
